The 2025 Top
Performers
Search Tool
Search through this year’s Top Performers by PQP Test, Manufacturer, Module Design, Cell Technology, and more. A checkmark means the model type is a Top Performer in that test. Search results are listed in alphabetical order by the manufacturers’ number of Scorecard appearances. The default search setting shows only the models that have achieved Top Performer status in all reliability tests (TC, DH, MSS, HSS, PID and LID+LETID). Press ‘Clear Filter’ to reset the search setting and see the full list of Top Performers. Learn more about how results are displayed here.

Notes
- Visit the Methodology page to read how PQP results are scored and click on each test heading to read more about that test.
- Both tested model types and their variants for which the results are representative are included in the list of Top Performers. New for 2025: rather than averaging results across bill of material combinations (BOMs), model types are presented on multiple rows when multiple BOMs of the same model were tested. These BOMs are differentiated via the BOM ID column.
- For MSS, the mounting used is shown as follows:
- 400 mm Nextracker mounting, tested at ±1800 Pa for SML.
- 790 mm Nextracker mounting (no 400 mm holes present), tested at ±1800 Pa for SML.
- Corner mounted along the short-sides using Snap-N-Rack hardware, tested at ±1800 Pa for SML.
- Legacy PQP two-rail, four 50 mm clamp mounting, tested at ±2400 Pa for SML.
- For HSS, the tested hail diameter that resulted in no glass breakage is shown.
- In some cases, test results were not available at the time of publication.
